We are excited to welcome Courtney Anderson to our team.

Courtney is a University of Valparaiso graduate with 16 years of engineering experience.  During her career, Courtney has worked as a roadway / civil designer in Northern Indiana, served as part of a consultant’s Program Management team coordinating Preliminary Engineering (Phase I) studies at the Illinois Department of Transportation Bureau of Programming in District One, and then worked as a consultant Municipal Engineer for the City of Chicago Heights.

She will use her experience in asset management, roadway and site design, and planning/managing for municipal infrastructure improvements to support our team on projects in Illinois and Indiana. She is an active member of ASCE in Northern Indiana.

Courtney is a licensed PE in Illinois and Indiana and will initially work from her home in Lowell, Indiana. She will be joining our Roadway Group as a Project Engineer.
