Ciorba Group is pleased to welcome Nicole Fayant, P.E., as our new Roadway Project Manager. Nicole brings over 18 years of experience in transportation engineering and project delivery. She has extensive expertise in all phases of roadway projects including preliminary engineering, final design, construction engineering, and contract administration. Previously, Nicole served as Project Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation’s District Four office where she successfully managed major reconstruction projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results on time and budget. Prior to that she worked for consultants in the US and Canada working on design and project management on design for transportation projects for various government agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois. In her new role, Nicole will utilize her strong technical background and management skills honed at IDOT to lead our new Peoria office. Her proven track record with complex state highway projects and collaborating with regional stakeholders will be invaluable as we expand our transportation design capabilities. We are delighted to have Nicole join our team and strengthen our Central Illinois presence.
