Ciorba Welcomes Michael Siffer

We are excited to welcome Michael Siffer, PE, PTOE to our Team as Roadway Senior Technical Lead! Mike, a graduate of the University of Toledo, brings over 30 years of experience in roadway design and traffic engineering. Mike will be based in our new office in Fort Wayne and will be a key addition to our Indiana Team. As an integral part of our Roadway Group, Mike will have a key technical role in working on providing preliminary and final engineering to our clients in various states. Mike is currently the Vice President of the Great Lakes District of ITE Board.
