We are excited to welcome Matt Lehan, PE, to our team as Roadway Group Manager! Matt, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, brings over 28 years of experience in preparing preliminary studies and reports, as well as design plans and specifications for improvements to expressways, arterial routes, collector roads and local streets, and bicycle paths/lanes.  He has worked on Traditional Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build projects and as Design Corridor Manager on large expressway improvement projects.
