Duane O’Laughlin, a graduate of West Point and of the University of Florida, joined Ciorba Group in 2011 after 25 years of experience in construction and design. Duane directs company operations, including engineering, IT, and Human Resources, and participates in business development for the company. Duane applies his extensive design, project management, and construction management experience to provide technical assistance and directions to staff in all disciplines for preliminary, final design and construction management. His focus on providing quality services to our clients is integral part of our company culture when delivering projects that add value to the community.
