Laraway Road over West Fork East Hickory Creek

Ciorba Group prepared the preliminary and final design engineering for a double cell box culvert replacement. Due to structural deficiencies, the decision was made to replace the box culvert. A hydraulic model will be completed to determine the required waterway opening and any profile adjustments. The current roadway section is a two-lane rural section with plans for widening to a five lanes. As part of this project, the replacement structure, which will be either a culvert or a bridge will investigate the possibility of accommodating the five-lane section without obtaining any ROW.  The project currently in preliminary engineering is paid for with County funds.
