Congratulations Courtney On Graduating From ACEC IN Emerging Professionals Program!

We’re proud to announce that Courtney from Ciorba Group has graduated from the ACEC IN Emerging Professionals program! This eight-day program, broken into four sessions, was held in the heart of downtown Indianapolis at the Indy Bar Association and Hilton Hotel near Monument Circle. The goal of the program is to prepare employees for upper management, firm partnership, and potential succession opportunities by developing strong leadership traits, people skills, project management skills, and business development knowledge. Topics included contracts, risk management, time management, human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, communication skills, preparing presentations, sales and marketing, short list interviews, finance, and team leadership. The program also had a strong focus on developing relationships amongst participants through luncheons and dinners, happy hours, group activities, and a tour of the Indiana State House. ACEC staff happily noted that this year’s participants were particularly open with each other and took active participation to new heights, creating an energetic and collaborative atmosphere. Courtney, along with her peers, engaged in a dynamic environment, fostering professional connections and friendships. They left with a wealth of ideas and excitement to elevate their careers.
