Michael Siffer, a University of Toledo graduate, joined Ciorba Group in 2024 with over 30 years of experience in in roadway design and traffic engineering.  Mike is active in professional organizations and is currently the Vice President of the Great Lakes District of ITE Board. Mike is based in our Fort Wayne office and has key technical role in working on providing preliminary and final engineering to our clients in various states.
