Matt Lehan, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, has joined Ciorba Group with over 28 years of experience. Ten of those years were spent at Ciorba Group. His work involves preparing studies and reports, as well as creating design plans and specifications for improving expressways, arterial routes, collector roads, local streets, and bicycle paths/lanes. In addition to his extensive Local Agency design and project management experience Matt has worked on Traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build Projects, and as Design Corridor Manager on large expressway improvement projects.
