Nicole, a graduate of Bradley University, joined Ciorba in 2023 with 18 years of experience in transportation engineering and project delivery. She has extensive expertise in all phases of roadway projects including preliminary engineering, final design, construction engineering, and contract administration. Previously, Nicole served as Project Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation’s District Four office where she successfully managed major reconstruction projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results on time and budget. Prior to that she worked for consultants in the US and Canada working on design and project management on design for transportation projects for various government agencies.
