Traffic Signal and Lighting Project Manager
Otto Letamendi, a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, joined Ciorba Group in 2000, after spending 10 years with the City of Chicago Bureau of Electricity. With Ciorba, Otto has served as an extension of CDOT’s Division of Engineering in the management of the City of Chicago’s street lighting system and traffic signals. He has assisted CDOT in researching new lighting technologies, monitoring new light fixture tests, managing CDOT’s pilot lighting studies, developing new standards, and updating technical specifications. Otto is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North American and the International Commission on Illumination.
