CubeSmart Sanitary Sewer Service

Ciorba Group was selected by CubeSmart to provide design engineering services for a new sanitary sewer service at their facility in North Chicago, IL.  The design included abandoning the existing force main; removal of private pavements, curb and gutter, and sidewalks; installation of a 6-inch gravity sanitary sewer; pavement and landscape restoration; and other contributory improvements.  Services included a topographic survey of the new service alignment and adjacent areas impacting design; preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimate to construct the improvements; and permitting coordination.
