From 1993 to the present, Ciorba Group has been providing assistance to the in-house Village Engineer. Our services have included the plan review for proposed developments and site improvements, including compliance with stormwater management requirements; attendance as directed at Village Board, Plan Commission and other commission meetings; research potential grant programs such as CMAQ, ITEP and STP; attendance at various outside agency and public meetings on behalf of the Village; various engineering studies including traffic signal and multi-way stop sign warrant analysis, parking studies, speed studies, site distance evaluations and drainage studies, development of plans, specifications and cost estimates for municipal improvements when directed by Village; review and coordination of MWRDGC and IEPA permits for Village and private sector developments; and prepared cost estimates for various proposed public infrastructure improvements
